Patient Care Coordinator
Valeria joined the team at Ligocki Dental Group in January 2026. With her past dental experience in the clinical and administrative settings, Valeria is know for her attention to detail, efficiency, and warm personality. She believes that excellence is found in the small things when it comes to your care. Valeria also enjoys continuously working toward new goals in order to better serve you and our patients.
Outside of her career, Valeria is deeply family-oriented and faith-driven. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Diego, While she is not working, you can find her creating new business ideas, enjoying coffee runs, playing pickleball, or helping her husband at their family business.

Caren
BILLING COORDINATOR
Caryn joined Ligocki Dental Group in November 2025 as our Billing Coordinator. She is highly detail-oriented and genuinely enjoys working with numbers, making her a perfect fit for ensuring accuracy in our billing process. With her background in insurance policies, Caryn helps our team navigate the complexities of coverage and claims so that patient bills are as accurate and transparent as possible.
Outside the office, Caryn loves spending time with her family, especially her five grandchildren. On the weekends, she enjoys riding her motorcycle with friends, exploring new towns and discovering great restaurants along the way.

Monica
CERTIFIED DENTAL ASSISTANT
Monica has been with Ligocki Dental Group since July 2025 as a certified clinical dental assistant. While being in the dental field since 2020, she strives to achieve high quality dental care for every patient in the dental chair. With attention to detail, care, and efficiency, Monica will provide you the best experience possible during your appointment!
Monica is highly trained on the newest technology in the dental field. She received her Polishing and Sealant certification in June of 2021. During her dental career, Monica enjoys learning and staying up to date with new advancements in patient care.
While she is not working, Monica enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Hazel. During her free time, you can catch Monica making chocolate dipped desserts, going to a concert, or hanging out with her significant other, Kevin, at a Chicago Bears game. Go Bears!

Clinical Dental Assistant
Giada has been with Ligocki Dental Group since 2025 as a clinical dental assistant. While new to the field, she brings a genuine passion for dentistry and a commitment to delivering exceptional care to every patient. Her enthusiasm and dedication reflect Ligocki Dental Group's mission and vision, and she is eager to learn and grow alongside our talented team.
Ambitious, caring, and driven, Giada looks forward to building meaningful connections with patients while gaining hands-on experience that will shape her future in dentistry.
Outside of work, Giada enjoys spending time with her older sister Marissa, who is pursing a career as a firefighter, as well as her two cats, Kai and Jonah, and her chocolate lab, Sully. In her free time, she loves shopping with friends, visiting amusement parks, and making memories with her family.

JoanEllyn
CFO
Joan has been working full time with Dr. Ligocki since he graduated dental school in 1989. In the past she has worked a variety of roles, and currently she works as Ligocki Dental Group's Chief Financial Officer. She is the backbone of our dental home's finances.
Family is everything to Joan. She loves spending time with Dr. Ligocki, her daughters, Dr. Jocellyn and Dr. Lauryn, and her four puppies. During her spare time, she loves watching a good movie or reading a book.

Sydnee Grace
Therapy Dog
My name is Sydnee and I am a Certified Therapy Dog. I began working at Ligocki Dental Group in October 2016. I am friendly, calm, great with children, and hypoallergenic so there is no need to worry about being allergic to me. I love to cuddle, play fetch, and help make sure my furry sister at home gets her insulin shot. On Thursdays, you will see me making patients at Ligocki Dental Group smile by helping reduce their dental fears. My name is Jordyn. I began working at Ligocki Dental Group as a therapy dog in May 2019. I am super friendly with children and grown-ups. I am also hypoallergenic, like Sydnee, so there is no need to worry about being allergic to me. I love to cuddle and make people happy. Putting smiles on people’s faces makes me happy too! You will get to see me on either Tuesdays or Thursdays at Ligocki Dental Group making everyone’s worries disappear!

THERAPY DOG
My name is Harlee. My working journey at Ligocki Dental Group began in January 2023. I absolutely love love LOVE people! I am a poodle oodle my peoples tell me. My famous trick is to jump up onto your lap while you are sitting in the dental chair. Like Sydnee and Jordyn, I am also hypoallergenic. No need to worry about allergies. Sometimes I get the zoomies or feel the need to talk to you to make sure you are ok. Yup! I am silly, but I know you will love me!
